■About free entrance

In addition, even in the case of free admission, if more than the prescribed number of customers come, admission may be restricted. Please note that it will be the judgment immediately before.

About Reservation
■Reservation registration will be handled from your smartphone / mobile phone (except for some models).
■Your mobile phone number and e-mail address are required to register your reservation.
Emails will be sent from the domain of "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings of your terminal so that you can receive it in advance.
■The flow from reservation registration to settlement is as follows.
①Please read the QR code notified at the reservation venue from your smartphone / mobile phone (excluding some models).
②Press the "Create blank email" button on the displayed screen, check the sender address, and send the blank email as it is.
③When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" e-mail, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL of the e-mail body.
④Please choose the method of receiving the product at TOWER RECORDS Kinshicho Parco store or at home delivery (separate shipping fee of 900 yen).
⑤Please select the desired product, check the quantity, benefits and precautions, and register the contents of the reservation.
⑥When the reservation registration is completed, the payment OR code will be displayed, so please present the QR code at the cash register counter at the venue.

About receipt
■You can choose from the following ways to receive the product.
Store receipt: Receipt at TOWER RECORDS Kinshicho Parco store (cannot be designated as a store)
Home Delivery: Delivery fee 900 yen (We do not accept shipments to hotels or overseas)
※It is not possible to change the payment method after the payment is completed.
■Items will be picked up at the store after the evening of February 13, 2024 (Tuesday).
When you receive the product, open the URL of the order information in the e-mail "[* strictly prohibited] Payment completion / Receiving method",
Please present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the date of arrival.
■If you wish to deliver, please send the e-mail "[* Discarding is strictly prohibited] Payment completion / Receiving method".
We will deliver sequentially from the scheduled shipping date indicated in the order information.
■The reservation period for the product is 4 weeks from the release date and is until March 13, 2024 (Wednesday).
■If you cannot receive it by the period, such as long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact us for absence, etc.
I can't give you the goods. Please note that the price will not be refunded at that time.
■We cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after your reservation due to your convenience. (The same applies to product delays, etc.)
