Hello nana's green tea Kinshicho Parco store.
I would like to introduce the Christmas menu that will be sold exclusively from today.
We have prepared two kinds of risotto this year!
■Mentaiko cheese risotto ~French fermented Butter ~¥1,480 (tax included)
This creamy risotto combines soy milk and cheese with brown rice specially cooked for winter limited menu.
The saltiness of mentaiko, moderate spiciness, and refreshing scent of large leaves accentuate this item.
The topping mozzarella cheese melts and wraps the whole risotto with the gentle sweetness and gentle saltiness of the milk.
Adding fermented Butter and Ariake seaweed to a deeper taste.
The mellow salty "Amabito's seaweed salt" prepares the whole taste, does not become heavy even though it is creamy, and you can enjoy it without getting tired of the last bite.
■Tomato cheese risotto with shrimp and spinach ¥1,480 (tax included)
It is a winter-only risotto that combines brown rice with soy milk and cheese, and combines the sourness and richness of tomatoes that are compatible with shrimp.
