Ankake udon with a gentle and warm taste perfect for this cold season. The gentle toromian, which is entangled with the thick udon noodles, contains seasonal cherry blossoms, bamboo shoots, spring ingredients from canola flower, and fluffy kamaage Shirasu. Pokapoka Anka, which shines with the taste of soup stock, warms the body and mind gently. It is a special cup where you can feel the remnants of winter and the coming of spring at the same time. ​
